Doug Jardine & Associates was formed in 1998 and have a proven track record in helping businesses with corporate governance and the challenges of managing people, their market, competition, cash flow, and profitability.

Doug’s international business career included executive general management and directorships in sister companies Bridge Shipping, Bridge Europe and Barbican Marine.

Line management of Barbican Line with German partners Deutsche Afrika-Linien in Brazil, Africa, Australia and several Pacific Island ports was also part of his scope.

This included:

    Directorships of local and international companies;
    Establishing Shareholders agreements and contracts;
    Company formation and tax effective structures;
    Mergers and acquisitions and associated due diligence;
    Innovative business modelling.

Doug is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Real-world skilling and business experience with accreditation as a Certified I.D.™ Partner forms the core of our programs in effective leadership and team collaboration initiatives.

His interests include travel to connect with family globally, genealogy, military history, sailing and music, including guitar.

He has developed and delivered award winning programs in the areas of Leadership, Cultural Change, Team Effectiveness, Sustainability, Sales Training and Innovative Thinking

His work with NGOs and charities has made Greg a Paul Harris Fellow. 

His work with inmates from Mullawa Woman’s Prison, Silverwater demonstrably reduced recidivism.  He has also trained Licensees for Link-up International P/L to effectively deliver the Instinctive Drive System™ in Australia, Asia, USA and Europe.

Since earning his Permaculture Design Certificate in 2010 Greg has become the Perma-Blitz Coordinator for Permaculture Sydney West, Public Officer &  founding member of Transition Parramatta and an active member of the Seed Savers community.

Now, along with his corporate work he helps people integrate the ethics and principles of Permaculture into home and community urban settings to address: food security, peak oil and climate change. 

His goals are responsible, resilient businesses and communities within healthy, regenerative environments.   Overall, Greg leaves people more in touch with their dreams and more aligned with their “teams “to achieve measurable, aligned outcomes.
